Choosing a certain type of foundation, you need to pay special attention to the analysis and calculation of the forces acting on the foundation. For example, the groundwater levels and the depth of frost penetration, the load levels from the house, the type of soil — all of the above may affect subsequent construction work. If there is a basement or basement, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of the materials used in the work and the quality with which the work itself was performed.

Basement insulation is a real need, which cannot be neglected in any way. The loss of heat during the passage through the underground part of the house can be about 20 percent of the total heat loss. If the thermal insulation system is modified, this will reduce the unjustified loss of heat in heated basements. In basements that are not heated, it is possible throughout the year to maintain an acceptable temperature level of about 6-10 degrees, and completely eliminate the possibility of condensation, dampness, mold on the surfaces of the room.
